Ordering information, just in case you need clarification.

For plants that are listed as not available, we will remove the not available flag as soon as
possible and update the particular page that they are on. I will try to send plants with
babies on them except when ordered in a collection which is priced for small 1 to 1-1/4 inch
plants in well rooted plugs. Plants sent with planters will be adult plants with babies
whenever possible. You may remove these babies for additional plantings as a bonus.

We do not ship outside the contiguous United States. Orders will be accepted and shipped
year round. A delay in shipping may occur in winter months if soil is frozen. I no longer
heat the growing areas. They must be shipped soiless to meet USDA requirements in some
states. You will be advised by email if a delay is required.

If you plan purchasing with a credit card, you should join PayPal now because your order
will not be processed until you have done so. PayPal is a secure online service wherewith
you may submitt the credit card or personal check payment without fear of compromising
any information. Your order will then be immediately confirmed and readied for shipment.
There is no cost in signing up for a PayPal account. I am charged 2% for processing your
order.

If you prefer to pay by certified check or money order, simply write or type your order, add
up the cost, add shipping cost and mail it accompanied by your check as appropriate. We
will not accept Cashiers check through the mail due to the high possibility of a scam.

You may also send the order by email but it will not be processed until payment is received
and cleared. It will then be shipped immediately.

If orders are to be shipped to an address other than your own, please specify the shipping
address, Our Planters, Dish Gardens and Collections make beautiful garden gifts for
weddings, birthdays, mothers or fathers day, door prizes, etc., and we will gladly send them
where ever you direct us to. Whenever you send a garden gift, give us the information and
we will send an appropriate card along with the gift letting them know its from you.
