However, just in case you should have a problem with the PayPal shopping cart or are having problems with your plants or something of that nature, you should contact us by  email  for assistance. If you should at any time be faced with an insect or disease problem, please review our Planting Guide or contact your Plant Industries Division of your State Department of Agriculture for assistance. They are well equipped to identify both insect and disease problems and will welcome the opportunity to help you.  If you do not know their mailing address (they will need  a sample (s) of the insect or disease), simply type the name of your state and the words Department of Agriculture into your search engine and it will find it there.
