We guarantee that our plants are disease and insect free and that they will arrive in good condition.  All plants are grown in a 50% soiless mixture and 50% course limestone sand, in inclosed facilities and they  are monitored closely.  All plants regardless of whether grown inside or outside,  will be washed of all soil and closely inspected prior to packaging.  All plants are guaranteed to thrive in  USDA zone 4 thru 7.   Some cultivars may grow well in other zones, see our planting guide. Once these plants have been selected, washed and inspected, they will then be placed in brown paper bags along with appropriate labels then packaged for shipping.   This method of shipping has proven to be economical and very reliable.  With UPS or USPS Priority Mail, the plants will arrive within 3 to 4 days and will have suffered only minor setback. We will ship bonus plants with each order unless the order is for planters or dish gardens.  The monetary value of your order will determine the number of bonus plants.  This is a freeby and is our way of thanking you for your order.  Bonus plants will be of the same quality as all other plants shipped and will be based upon our inventory at time of shipment. As an additional guarantee,  all of our plants are inspected by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any part or all of a shipment, we will gladly give you refund or replace that part or all of your order as applies. Damages caused by the carrier (UPS or USPS) must be noted and filed with them immediately upon delivery.  In such case, we will not be liable for a refund.
